It is helpful to arrive 5-10 minutes prior your appointment time to complete a general health history form. Any attire is fine.  You will be advised to disrobe to whatever is comfortable for you and for your applicable session as I step out of the room. You are then advised on the best way to be laying on the massage table, based on the areas you need concentrated work.  You are covered at all times with a sheet and towel to ensure warmth and privacy.  After your session, some people find it to their advantage to bring other comfortable clothes to change in to.

If you cannot make your appointment

Its important to drink water before and after your massage to help your body flush out toxins.  It isn't necessary to hurt after a massage. Please make sure you communicate any tender spots.  I document them in your file.  I can always adjust the amount of pressure to your comfort level and the massage can still be effective to relieve your symptoms.
