To encourage a great experience, here are some helpful hints to consider:
Denise's Beauty & Body office is Seward is currently being moved. I am still available in Lincoln at Haute Hair in Fallbrook and at Baja Salon in Havelock.
It is helpful to arrive 5-10 minutes prior your appointment time to complete a general health history form. This is necessary to best accomodate your needs during your massage session. You could also stop by and fill the forms out ahead of time or you can print off the forms from the Helpful Forms page of this website.
Any attire is fine. You will be advised to disrobe to whatever is comfortable for you and for your applicable session as I step out of the room. You are then advised on the best way to be laying on the massage table, based on the areas you need concentrated work. You are covered at all times with a sheet and towel to ensure warmth and privacy. After your session, some people find it to their advantage to bring other comfortable clothes to change in to.
If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, you could call a friend or family member to suggest them to take the appointment time. Just a nice way to let them know you care about them. Otherwise, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accomodate others needing a session time.
Referrals are in your favor! After 5 people have mentioned your name when they receive a massage here, you will receive a card for a 1/2 price massage. After 10 people, you receive a FREE massage! So let people know about you massage experience.
In an effort to help people educate themselves about massage and the benefits to one's health, a discount of $5 off is offered for people each time they bring in articles of such content. So it pays to be looking! And you just may learn something.
Its important to drink water before and after your massage to help your body flush out toxins. It isn't necessary to hurt after a massage. Please make sure you communicate any tender spots. I document them in your file. I can always adjust the amount of pressure to your comfort level and the massage can still be effective to relieve your symptoms.
